the Brand
I'm Adam, the guy behind Texas Whisker Co. For 17 years I worked in the oil and gas industry. Long hours, tough work, and a lot of time spent earning a living the hard way. Fishing was always my way to slow down and get away from the grind.
After being diagnosed with diabetes and facing some serious health challenges, I had to rethink what life was going to look like going forward. Sitting still was never really my style, so I decided to turn something I've always loved into something I could build.
Texas Whisker Co started with one goal: build solid, dependable catfish rigs that working people can trust. No gimmicks, no shortcuts — just gear built to catch fish.
